While most other companies offer free curbside shipping, BB Furniture Direct offers free in home delivery in any room of your choice.

We have our own delivery trucks and crews. No sub contractors or third party trucking companies.

We don’t offer free financing. Financing options are not free. We would have to raise our prices approximately 15 – 20 percent to give customers 12 months of free financing. Additionally, finance companies will only allow 90 days interest free.

We do not have a physical store front, selling online is a more efficient business model that allows us to offer a much larger selection and better prices than most retail stores.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive an email containing your tracking information so you can track your order online. Or We will contact you to give you options of delivery days.

What if my merchandise arrives damaged?

Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us. If your order is shipping by Truck Freight, or White Glove, please note the important instructions below. If Shipped via Truck Freight or White Glove Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write “Package Damaged” when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free.

All returned products should be in the original packaging. Our goal is to make buying online easy, safe and efficient.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are produced and/or shipped at no charge.

How will my order be delivered?

We ship through the manufacturer. Every order will be processed within 2-3 business days. After the order processed the goods will be loaded to our delivery trucks and delivered same or next day, generally 2-4 days. Only in rare cases some products may be temporarily out of stock due to its high turnover. Items however go into a backorder status immediately. If perhaps this uncommon situation occurs we will notify you. The buyer then has a choice of a refund or to wait for an estimated restocking date.
