What is included in our Free In-Home Delivery?
Our delivery team will place the items in the room of your choice. Upon delivery, they will present you with an invoice to sign as proof that you have received and paid for your items. You will receive a copy to keep for your own records. You are then responsible for any assembly that is required and the discarding of any packaging or boxes. Most items require light assembly. BuyFurnitureinLA’s delivery team is not responsible for the assembly of any items and bargaining is not an option at the time of delivery. All the tools you will need and directions for assembly are packaged with the items inside the boxes. Any item(s) already used/assembled or without factory packaging does not qualify for the exchange/refund policy. If you need special assistance, assembly can be arranged for an additional fee. Please notify our representative if you are requiring assembly, when scheduling your delivery.
How To Pay?
You can pay for your furniture by (COD) cash on delivery when you see it in person. Or you may choose any other payment method, we accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover. For even faster checkout you can pay with your PayPal.
As you already know, we are an online discount furniture store and not open to public walk-ins. Upon request we can invite you to see the products in person before you buy. Please contact us to schedule a day and time for your visit.

Shipping time is generally no more than 1-3 days. Depending on Holidays. Only in rare cases some products may be temporarily out of stock due to its high turnover. Items however go into a backorder status immediately. If perhaps this uncommon situation occurs we will notify you. The buyer then has a choice of a refund, choose another item or to wait for an estimated restocking date.

Please secure your home for delivery by covering exposed floors with protective material and removing furniture or objects that may obstruct the path and create difficulty with the delivery.
