RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Diana Furniture, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our curated collections. We want you to be thrilled with the pieces you choose for your home. However, if a piece is not the perfect fit, our return policy is designed to be as transparent and straightforward as possible.
STANDARD RETURNS
We accept returns on eligible standard items within couple days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original pristine condition with all original packaging intact.
Please note that returning large furniture items requires careful logistics. All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping or return pickup via our local delivery team. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
To maintain our high standards of quality and customization, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Special Orders: Any item designated as a special order (including pieces with extended 3-6 month lead times) is custom-sourced just for you and cannot be canceled or returned once the order is placed.
• Floor models and clearance items.
• Items that have been assembled, used, or removed from their original packaging.
• Customized or modified pieces.
DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
We carefully inspect every piece before it leaves our showroom. However, we ask that you thoroughly inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify our team at info@buyfurnitureinla.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will work swiftly to repair or replace the defective item at no cost to you.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start the return process, please email our customer care team at sales@buyfurnitureinla.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send items back to the manufacturer or our showroom without prior authorization from our team.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund (minus the restocking fee and shipping costs) will be processed to your original method of payment.
